They are specially designed for mounting on snow blades. They prevent road damage and abrasion of the steel blade on the road.
For normal use, we produce blades up to 580 mm in width and up to 100 mm in strength. The maximum length of the blades distributed in the meter is 9 to 12 M. The thickness and width of the blades can usually be customized. We are able to deliver the blades in the required lengths and with drilled holes according to the technical drawing provided by the customer. We produce 30, 40 and 50 mm cutting edges in beveled and chamfered shapes. At the request of the customer, we are able to vulcanize the metal frames (ropes, flat, etc.)
Technical requirements for the order
- designation by the name of the cutting edge
- dimension (width, thickness, length or bevel)
- number of holes for the possible assembly, their diameter and their location, if necessary (drawing)
Material
The blades on the snow blades are made of a rubber-textile blend.
